Connect Failed. Waiting to Retry.

I have been using SmartFTP for about 3 years now and have never had any problems until today.

I am getting the following error: Connect failed. Waiting to retry (30s)...

I just logged in yesterday and had no problems, but today I keep getting "Connect failed." I have tried closing and restarting SmartFTP, re-entering my host, username, password, restarting again, but no luck.

NO firewall or other 3 party software has been updated or changed on my computer in the last 24 hours, and they have not affected SmartFTP in the past. However, I shut off my firewall and antivirus software just to make sure those weren't the problem and tried connecting again. Still got "Connect failed"

I tried logging directly into my website to be sure that there was nothing wrong with the server and had no problems there either.
