SFTP Pro Slow Upload / Download 15-16 Kbps on Dedicated T1

Hello, I've recently notices very slow upload / download speeds between 15 - 16 Kbps. We're using a dedicated T1. Our tested download speed is 1.30Mbps and Upload is 1.34Mbps. I've been able to manually upload files using windows explorer in nearly 80% less time. How do I go about diagnosing this issue?

Install the latest versiom from here:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

And try it again.

If you are considered about performance I would highly recommend Windows Vista or higher.

Can you post the log from the transfer (double click the file in the transfer queue) and from the remot browser?

Below are the logs I get from Double Clicking. The first is the file while its transferring and the second is the folder its transferring to. If this isnt the correct info please let me know and I'll try it again. Thanks, Bill

Looks all good. You haven't set a transfer speed limit by accident? Please go to the menu: Tools->Settings. Then go to the Queue dialog and make sure ethe KBps/Worker value is set to 0 (unlimited).

Do you also have any issues downloading? If yes please try to download some files from our ftp server: ftp.smartftp.com (login: anonymous)

Very strange Indeed. It was set to 15kbps.

Does this change automatically if you change the number of workers?

Hello ..
No the value of this setting doesn't change when the number of workers is changed. But previously the input field was in the transfer queue window toolbar and apparently many users have unintentionally set a transfer limit. Now the kbps/worker setting is no longer avaialble in the toolbar by default.
