SmartFTP 4.0.1081 Backup Not Working

I have just installed a copy of SmartFTP 4.0.1081 on a new XP Pro machine. When I try to run the Backup Tool, I get the following error:

BackupTool.exe - Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

I tried re-installing, and it had no affect.

Is there something I can do to make this work?
