Work with Macs?

I'm a Windows user, Smart FTP works fine for me. Need to share files with a designer using Mac OS. She can't get it to work. Any common issues here, or basic noncompatibility?

SmartFTP doesn't run natively on Mac. But she can run it in an emulator like Parallels (www.parallels.com).
