Copy and Paste

I can not get Copy/Paste to work. I try to copy files and folders from one folder to another folder on the same server. The jobs stays in the queue, and are continuously retried, but every time come up with an error message "File or directory not found".

What can be the reason for this?

Ok, that is understandable. We use the xyz FTP Server.

Which FTP server do you recommend that supports this feature?

It should work with the server product you have mentioned, but you need to enable FXP transfers or all foreign ports in the settings of the server.
