Item vanishing from xfer queue

I am running version 4.0.1072. I recently upgraded from a 3.X version and now have an odd problem. I have 3 recurring items in my xfer queue - they run every few minutes and one of them runs every minute. The item that runs every minute (also the last item in the queue list) keeps silently vanishing from the list - randomly - usually 10-12 hours or more later. I never had this problem with the previous version. I will have to downgrade if we can't fix this! I am on windows 7 64 bit.

Thanks for any assistance,

Michael

Please provide instructions on how to reproduce the problem.

I am not sure what else to say. I have 3 recurring items in my queue (see below) - the last one drops off every so often - no message, no user interaction. I am trying a bunch of things right now - reordering them etc.

Below is a copy of my queue:

Obviously you don't have my quick connects referenced by these but just to give you an idea...

Thanks,

Michael

Can you try this with a public FTP server (e.g. ftp.smartftp.com). Then try to reproduce the problem with 1 recurring transfer.

I am still gathering data, but my other two entries never go away so I am sure the test to a public FTP would be fine too. It is something with this specific transfer rule and some condition which causes the program to remove it randomly after so many hours all of which points to an external variable condition (some return code from the server perhaps) which is causing the program to dump the transfer rule. I will keep trying different things to see if I can nail this down. I will turn logging back on to see if that tells me anything. This is really bizarre and a show stopper unfortunately I must find a solution or go back to a previous version or a different program. At this point I really need to find the shortest path to something that works and stop spending all this time trying to figure out why this isn't reliable.
