computer switch-now SFTP doesn't work

I just bought a new laptop and switched all of my files now I cannot seem to get Smart FTP to work. Every time I try and load a file up to my web site I get a window that open's stating that it is "searching for existing files and folders to find possible conflicts. This same prompt came up when I tried to load google sitemap files as well.

I have never received this before. Oh yeah I am on Windows 7 now instead of XP.

Please post the log from the remote browser.

Not sure if this is what you want, but it isn't doing it tonight.

However it still isn't loading the programs:

What do you see in the transfer queue window? Is the transfer queue started? Are files stuck there?
Please post a screenshot.
