I have just purchased SmartFTP and am unable to enter my license ID into my profile becuase I get the error:
[#10245] You are not permitted to view member profiles.
My question is: How can I get the Status, Speed, Elapsed and Remaining fields in the Transfer queue to function? They are blank during/after download, and I notice on the screenshots page they are blank there as well. These fields are essential for efficient use of the program.
