Hi, I get this error when trying to conenct to a web hosting server I recently got.
[04:34:00] Connecting to 195.90.99.4 Port: 21
[04:34:00] Connected to www.ukgame.co.uk.
[04:34:00] 220 (vsFTPd 2.0.5)
[04:34:00] USER bfl-ukgame-co-uk
[04:34:00] 331 Please specify the password.
[04:34:00] PASS (hidden)
[04:34:00] 500 OOPS: cannot change directory:/home/bfl-renegades-ukgame-co-uk
[04:34:00] 500 OOPS: child died
[04:34:00] Connect failed. Waiting to retry (30s)...
[04:34:00] Server closed connection
I had a look at some old threads and they all seemed to say it was an error on server side. just wondering is that same for this case because I cant even log in.
