Cannot login

for 3 days now Smart FTP cannot login for me to upload - tries all day long
here is what I get

and 30 mins later - still trying.........

Getting so frustrated, Turned off Firewall as advised in other posts- nothing. Please help

Please install the latest version of SmartFTP:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

Then make sure that you have the correct host name.
