Filters not working for temporary Zip Files

I'm using the Transfer Queue to Synchronize Files from one location to another. In the source directories, large zip files (6GB) are created on a daily basis with temporary files starting with _Z that the File Monitor acknowledges and tries to transfer, which obviously fails because the file is being locked by WinZip. I edited the Favorite to include a WildChar Filter that should exclude _Z* with Scope: File(Name).

The problem is that the temporary file still appears in the Transfer Queue. Is there something else I need to do to get the Filter to work? Is there some other way to exclude that temporary file from the Transfer Queue? It slows the process because it constantly retries, when I really want it ignored.
