how I could create folder content img

Hello
While i began to do the first process at (smartftp)
I wrote the ftp.fishing-rod-website.com/and my user name/password I must see the first page content:-
At the left hand :- the ftp.fishing-rod-website.com/img
At the middle of the page must be content :- the img and index.html
At the right hand :-html document under the title (file /folder) .
All this not appear on my screen when I wrote the ftp.fishing-rod-website.com/user name/password . on the (new remote browser)and click ok I'm not see the page like i saw at your tutorial
Second how I could create folder (MySite) content the ftp.fishing-rod-website.com and img
