connect to server

Hello
My smartftp product has not connect to the server icon, or under the file with /new remote browser/and new local browser , maybe the smartftp not download correctly?
while I done the :-ftp.mydomain name.com/user name/password which I recieved from welcome message/ and I want to connect to the server I don't find the connect icon or under the file.
Please assist me to solve this issue.
