Hard drive crash, lost emails and serial number

Hi,

My hard drive crashed and along with it I lost all of my data and emails.

I have purchased a registration number for SmartFTP, but the email I received from them with my registration number went away with all of my other data when the hard drive crashed.

Is there a way I can get my numbers re-sent to me?
