recuring downloads

Hi just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if there is a resolution. when i download files they are often being redownloaded automatically and the file is overwritten. if i cancel it the file isnt downloaded completly. is there any way to stop a file being redownloaded once its finished?

Please post the log from your transfer. To get it double click the file in the transfer queue. Then a window with the log opens.
