Change color of task bars

My COD4 games froze up and crashed my PC taking SmartFTP down with it. After I rebooted everything is working fine but SmatFTP's colors for the task bar etc have changed. Can these colors be changed back? I looked in TOOLS>SETTINGS.

It fixed itself. I shut my PC down last night and when I rebooted this morning SmartFTP's colors were back to normal.
