When I try to expand a directory on our UNIX server via SmartFTP, I cannot see the contents and the log window displays an error message:
[10:52:50] CWD /directory
[10:52:50] 250 CWD command successful.
[10:52:50] PWD
[10:52:50] 550 The getwd subroutine failed.
If I connect to the UNIX server via PuTTY and use an ls -l command, I can see the directory's contents. Is there an alternative to using the PWD command (if that's the problem)?
