Trouble with Getting SmartFTP to open

I purchased SmartFTP in the middle of August 2008. I thought I entered my lisence key and everything correctly but everytime I attempt to open the program it directs me to the SmartFTP website to purchase the product. If I need to re-enter the key, how do I do that? If not, what else could be causing it to send me straight to the website?

You can resend your license key at:
https://www.smartftp.com/purchase/lost.php

Also make sure that you have the newest version of SmartFTP installed.
