1. clear TQ
2. add 1 file to TQ and "Monitor" it
3. save TQ
4. Add the saved .xml
Now there are 2 files in the TQ - they are the same - a duplicate
5. Select both files and hit delete and confirm the deletion. only 1 file is deleted. the other is stuck there until you restart SF.
