Upload problem...

Hello,
I am a licenced user of SmartFTP and never encountered a problem till yesterday.
I have to update my website and not a single file can be uploaded !!
The files are in the queue and the transfer starts with a various speed of the range 1K/sec or less (800 octets/sec) but transfer stops very often with a speed of 0 !!! The status varies from "connecting" to "0 octet/266 ko".
So I wonder what this could be, I tried again at different moments this night but I encountered the same situation.
Your kind help would greatly be appreciated...
Pol

Thank you,
POL

I just was wondering if this could be a problem at my internet access provider or at the server where my website is hosted.
Could this be a part of the answer to the problem I encounter ??
Thanks in advance.
