Stuck in transfer

I am having a problem sometimes when i try uploading a file, the file gets stuck in the transfer. I switched to active mode and that did not help. Here is the log.

Please post the complete log(s) showing the transfer attempt and the timeout at the end. Try it with active mode (PORT) and passive mode (PASV) and post both logs.

And please install the latest version from:

1. Try to add SmartFTP to your software firewall.
2. Try to temporary uninstall your software firewall.
3. Try it with another FTP client and send the log
