Cannot upload files

I have used the prior version and ever since I purchased the updated version, my files are not uploading to my server. I can edit the files on my hard drive and save them (ex. have 20mg) then I choose the upload icon or drag the file with my mouse, and my server says 0mg.

What am I doing wrong?

I am frustrated.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, too.

Are the files in the transfer queue? If yes did you start the transfer queue (it is started by default)?

Install the latest version from:

1. Then stop the transfer queue
2. Do the drag&drop operation
3. Double click the file in the transfer queue
4. The log window opens
5. Start the transfer queue
6. Post the log from the log window

1. Stop the transfer queue

6. Post the log from the log window (the one you opened in 4)

When you say - stop the transfer queue - do you mean when I am transferring the file from my hard drive to the server?
