Is there any way to edit the Default Settings, especially for the Transfer Queue?
I don't like how it always overwrites by default, instead of performing a resume...

Edit: After restarting SmartFTP, I found a link to "Edit Default Favorite" when editing a favorite. Before I restarted it, it just showed some raw HTML/XML code there. Not sure why.
