Not a support request, but rather high praise for the fast response to my questions and problems when setting up SmartFTP transfers.
I can't recall ever getting such quick answers to questions - usually within minutes. They even posted several new version releases with enhancements and fixes - sometimes within a few hours of the problem being submitted.
I plan to recommend this utility to all of my colleagues.
