bought the software - suddenly no thumbnails!

Since i bought the licensed copy (the prof. edition), smartftp refuses to load about 80% of my thumbnails. I've upped the filesize to over 300kb, well over the size of pretty much all my files, so there shouldn't be any problem. I never had an issue when I was using it for free

Please install the latest version from:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

If it doesnt work please post the system information from the menu: Help->About System Information dialog.

From the system information I can see that you have no installed the latest version. Please install it from
https://www.smartftp.com/download
