Suddenly Can't Transfer Files ?

My SMART FTP (most recent edition-- WINDOWS XP) stopped working. It just wont transfer files UP or DOWN................ in my TRANSFER QUEUE it just says "COPY" in the OPERATION area. I can't figure out why all of a sudden I can't drag and drop files. Is there a setting that needs to be changed? I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it didn't help. Please help.

Please install the latest version from:

Then post a screenshot:

Hello ..

1. Close all windows: menu: Windows->Close All
2. Remove all items (files) from the transfer queue window
3. Connect to your server
4. Drag&Drop the items.
