Copy files are queued

what has changed for my copy and pastre of files to start being queued ???

and not instant like before

what setting has changed ?

Please start the Transfer Queue and your files will be instantly processed. For the first item it may take 10-20 seconds depending on your connection. But all subsequent items are processed immedilatey reusing the connection that has been created in the first item.
