Login Authentication Fails

Hi,

My login and password have not changed and are populated into these fields in SmartFTP. Did my account get disabled? Can you please help.

Thank you for this reply. I did not make the SmartFTP error message I was receiving clear. This message occurs when I launch your application and is not related to the server. The error message I get is: "Your SmartFTP build expired. Purchase a liscense or upgrade to the latest version."

I already purchased a license. How do I upgrade so that this will not expire in 11 days?
