can't connect

Hi

I'm having trouble connecting to my website. Originally the issue was that my hosting had run out and so I had to buy some more.

Since then, I was able to connect to the website but unable to drag and drop anything from my local browser to the remote browser.

As I have seen on other people's support pages, I decided to download the most up to date version of SmartFTP. Since then, though I have typed in the correct host name and username (and password), I have been unable to even connect to the remote browser. It just makes 11 attempts to login and then gives up with no indication as to what the problem might be.

Hello ..

The files are very likely queued to the Transfer Queue. Please take a look at the Transfer Queue window. If you don't see this window go to menu: View->Others->Transfer Queue.
