Cannot connect to server

After using the free version, I could no longer get on and was asked to download the latest version with I did along with purchasing the software. After doing so, I could no longer connect to the server what so ever. Whats the problem?

I keep getting this:

I NEED this up and running fast, my site needs to be updated....

The host and port info has been changed to protect my info!
