Are Incremental Backups Possible

I have a couple of websites that I would like to back-up using SmartFTP. One of them is over 500 MB. Is there a way to do an incremental backup of this website?

My goal is to have SmartFTP check when it goes to download a file and see if the version on the server is newer or different then the version on the local machine. If so, then I would want the new file downloaded but if not, then I would like it to just skip that file.

If this is possible, it would save me a lot of time.

Hello ..

Yes its possible. Use the Transfer Queue and set the "File Exist" rules accordingly. By default SmartFTP only downloads the updated/newer files.
