Cannot restore settings

I have a settings backup file created with v2.0x...

I have just installed the latest version and when I use the Backup Tool and choose the file, the "Next" button never highlights.

After looking inside the .zip backup, it looks like 2.0x favorites was in a .DAT file, where if I look at the current data folder, it looks like they are .XML files.

Is there any way I can convert the old format to the new so I can restore?

Hello ..

Extract the favorites.dat from the archive (zip). Then import it as described in this article:
