Problems connecting

Product does not work. Downloaded 3 hours ago. My Webmaster couldn't get to work. Yahoo tech services, in 45 min. couldn't get it to work. Nor could I. Repeatedly, it reported that the machine's software was aborting the connection. Then it would wait 30s and connect to my user name.com; then abort. Please arrane to repair ASAP so I can get my website back on line.
