How can I change the information shown in my license?

I upgraded to SmartFTP 2.0 by renewing maintenance on an old license.
My company information and E-mail address is different, and I would
like the license to reflect that.

The purchasing system took the new information and E-mailed my
update to the new address - but the license itself still shows the
old info.

How can I fix this?
