License Renewed but no mail and number "inactive"

I renewed my license but never got the key, and when I try to request it via the "lost my key" function, it says Key inactive. Should I post my key ID here ?

Please add your license key id to the profile in the forum and we can fix the problem.

When I try to do it I receive the folowing error :

I'm back with my problems .
I've sent a mail to the sales dept., I received my key and installed it, but after I restart SmartFTP, it doesn't seem to "see" it, it's still in personnal/educational mode.
