Strange Behaviour especially on new OS

Hi there. I am having a registered version of SmartFTP and I am having the following problem. Whenever I change OS (reinstall...format whatever), SmartFTP has moods. Sometimes it connects to my server, sometimes it doesn't want to. I will paste here a piece of the error log. I do mention that this is an urgent matter as I am using this software in business context. I ask the admin to contact me so I can forward the software registration details in order to verify my identity.
I mention that I am working on a Pentium 4 at 2,8 Ghz , 1GB of ram and 80GB of HDD.
My OS is Windows XP Professional - Service Pack 2
I am on a dhcp internal network, and yes I have tried to takle around with the Passive/Active mode -> no result.
Other tested FTP clients work very well.
