This function will be quite useful. Why can't I enable it. On the schedule window it remains "greyed out"

Yes, and right-clicked to make the schedule, but the Monitor Local File is greyed out.

I can't reproduce the problem here. If a local file is queued for upload, the option should be enabled.

I'm not moving the local file, I'm moving a remote file to a local drive and I don't want it to be overwritten if it's the same file.

The Monitor Local File feature only works for uploads (local to remote).
