upload

I have been trying for 2 weeks to upload to my site. I keep getting pre transfer then waiting to retry. I have Norton Anti Virus 2005 have tried with the worm on and off, Windows firewall on and off but it will not upload to the server.

I have told both the worm and windows firewall that Smart is ok but no luck. Help
