Expanding uploading folder for global queue.

I would like to expand a folder and its subfolders before I start the upload in the global queue
This allows me to rearrange the order of what is uploaded.

At the moment this is what I do:

Well the context right click menu only offers file uploads using the Global Queue, folders you must drop on the Queue itself. The Download Queue is way more useful than the Upload Queue as it allows me to download whole folders at a time by right-clicking.
