I think it would be useful if you could tell the queue to match patterns of certain folders/files and by that pattern to know where the file should be saved.
For example, I can define something like
Folder: *XVID* | C:DownloadsMovies
File: *.avi | C:DownloadsMoviesToSort
File: *.jpg,*.bmp,*.gif | C:DownloadsImages
File: *.mp3 | C:DownloadsMusic
