Recursive chmod

Why not adding an option to chmod a folder and all its included files and folders?

yes, this feature is very badly needed, as i have a copy of flashfxp around for 2 reasons:
-recursive chmod
-search/find files on ftp

if smartftp would include these features i could ditch flashfxp and only use one client!

I would have also gladly such a function. flashfxp and cuteftppro can do it. filezilla will can it in version 3. why can't smartftp this?

Same here, this is something which everyone can use. I'm in the middle of setting up a new website and I do not have direct shell access. In this case, I need to chmod a directory and all subdirectories, doing it manually takes way too long.

I found myself using another client (yes, I'm bad) to do this, but I'd much prefer to use SmartFTP.
