Would it be possible to add an option to transfer the files on the queue in the order that they appear on the queue. So the first file has to be transfered first no matter how many errors are there. SmartFTP should retry the transfer until it is succesful and only then move to the next file in queue.
Maybe there should also be a suboption to set how many times SmartFTP retries the same file before moving to the next one.
