"welome.msg" support

As a small niggle, it would be nice to see support for the "welcome.msg" file contained in some ftp servers (for example, ftp://ftp.jetstreamgames.co.nz/. This is certainly viewable in IE6, where you can click Help>FTP Server Welcome Message... In SmartFTP, you can only download and view it as plain text, without variable interpretation.

view -> show panes -> show bottom view (shortcut: shift+f3)

and you can read the welcome msg on login.

what about having an option to pop it up in a new window? I remember Fetch on Mac did that.
