systray icon animation

It would be _very_ cool if the systray icon would animate while transferring, and then flick to solid when there is no activity on smartftp.

It'd be a subtle reminder that your transfers are done

Oh, and an option to turn it off - I know a few ppl that really really can't stand the animations

and a tooltip when hovering the mouse over the tray-icon.
