I have some negative points of Smart FTP 
- Sometimes I open a ftp site and the 'status bar' does not scroll alway's with the information like: opening: ???.???.??? or transfer complete and much more. Then I must do it by my self.
- It wil be easyer if you can download or upload more files in one room.
Now you must open more connections and than you have many buttons under in.
I'm sorry that my English is bad, but I hope that I was clearly.
