Uploading only new or changed files and folders

I'm wondering if there is a way to add functionality so that I can upload only those files which are not already on the server or whose creation date on my local machine is newer than that on the server. I used to be able to do this with FrontPage 2000 but FP doesn't allow secure transfers and my host site now requires them. SmartFTP works great except for the inability to upload files, folders and sub-folders by date.

synchronisation was requested more than once.
use search.

maybe total cmd helps you until smartftp got this feature.

I missed some features in SFTP (and hope they will be there in future) :

1. Better command line (like FTP-Voy but more options)
2. More options (such like -os -ow -w ... in "rar.exe" or TLS=0/1...)
3. Synchonization (like FTP-Voy and rar together)

Did anbody know if such features are planned?
