i think it'd be nice to have a little check box or something that you could click to enable or disable an individual item in the global queue. sometimes one of the sites in my global queue will go down and rather than just keep trying to connect while the site is down, it'd be nice to just be able to stop the program from trying to connect to that specific site, rather than removing it from the remote queue compltetely and adding it again at a later time.
