Installer Request: Start menu

Hi Mat!

Can you add into installation process options for Start menu and desktop icon like it was in SFTPNSI.exe?
I would like to have links to SmartFTP in other folder then in root of Start menu.

Users are expecting the start menu in a "known" place. You can easily move the start menu group to any place you like after the installation.

Hi Mat!

"Known" place may be set like a default value.
If I install new version, I have to move folder in Start menu every time.

And also delete shortcut from desktop.
