I have installed the new version of SmartFTP and notice what appears to be a little difference vs. prior versions. In the past, the tabs on either the local or remote browser would display only the name I entered into the properties dialog. Now, it displays that name in square brackets AND the path to the highlighted directory. So now all the tabs are wide, which rather defeats the purpose of having named tabs in the first place.
I request that you modify the program's behavior so that the tabs display only the user-defined name I have provided, or create an option to accommodate this.
