I would like to see SmartFTP and PHP ( mainly ) encoders working together as one to encrypt .php files when I'm uploading them to the server. This would save me very precious time, because I don't have to copy folders and encrypt files, especially when I would have to deal with software bugs on my own websites, and don't get on to those operations over and over.
